Mainland UK is England, Wales and Scotland but does not include English Islands, IOM, IOW, Scottish Islands/Highland or N.Ireland.

For price matching, you must take into consideration shipping charges - ie, if you want us to price match on a product costing £100 + £8.50 carriage that you have seen at another retailer, then that will mean we will aim to price match at £108.50.
Next (working) day delivery for orders submitted before 14:00hrs (2 PM) costs £7.50 (UK Mainland)
Orders for next (working) day delivery placed after 14:00hrs (2 PM) will be dispatched the following working day at the latest.
Next working day deliveries (Mon-Fri only, Saturdays/Sundays & Bank+National Holidays are not included) are delivered by ParcelForce (CALL US IF YOU NEED SATURDAY DELIVERY). If you order after 2pm on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday, then delivery to you will be the following Tuesday. Bank/Public holidays will mean extra day(s) for your order to arrive as these days are not working days.
For UK parcel deliveries, if you are not present at delivery time, you will be left a card stating your possible options for re-delivery. We are not liable for any extra charges made by Royal Mail if you request changes to your delivery address or any charges made for re-delivery. If your goods are delivered by ParcelForce, and you wish to change your delivery address, then you must contact them to change your delivery address before their 2nd attempt at delivery. Items that are despatched using Royal Mail may be sent using a Recorded Delivery service depending on their value.
We cannot be held responsible for occaisons where Royal Mail, MyHermes, ParcelForce or any other courrier fail to meet their delivery targets. If you receive a package that is damaged, has holes in it, torn, ripped or open then you must make a note of this on the form that you sign for your parcel as we cannot be held responsible for any loss without this.

We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. Receipt of your credit or debit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon despatch of the goods to you at which point the purchase contract is made.

REFUNDS ARE NORMALLY MADE BY METHOD BY WHICH YOU MADE YOUR ORIGNAL PAYMENT AND PROCESSED WITHIN 15 TO 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS BACK
If you need to exchange an item of clothing for a different size then we cannot give free delivery on exchanges therefore a delivery charge will be made.
If the item was damaged in transit
If you take delivery of an England Angling package and the contents have been damaged in transit, please email or call us within 14 calender days after the day you have received delivery.
If the item is defective: You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If you choose to return the item to us, please follow the instructions below.
If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, e-mail us and let us know. We'll send you the correct item as soon as we can. Send the original item back to us (please follow the instructions below) and we'll make sure you are not charged for it.
If you wish to cancel your order after receiving your goods: By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 calendar days of the date of your purchase. All items must be unused, have no signs of wear and returned in their original undamaged packaging. You must notify us by email or telephone of your itention to return any item(s) within 14 calendar days of taking delivery. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equating to delivery at cost plus credit/debit card processing charges (2% for credit cards and 50p for debit cards). We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video and DVD products where the item has been unsealed.
During the Christmas period for goods purchased between 1st December and 24th December, we are willing to exchange goods and items of clothing that do not fit (for the correct size) if they are unused, still with any packaging and tags they came with and in re-salable condition (ie not tainted with smoke, beer smells etc) if you notify us by Jan 2nd and return the item by Jan 9th. We can only offer refunds if you notify us within 14 calendar days after the day of delivery. Shipping charges at cost will also apply for exchanges.
How to Return Your Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Item or if you cancel your order within 14 calendar days after receving delivery and notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item(s) that you wish to make a return
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
+ You must notify us by email or telephone of your itention to return item(s) within 14 calendar days of taking delivery of your item(s).
+ Write on the back of your invoice, giving the reason for the return (including a full description of the fault if the item is defective)
+ If you don't have the original invoice, include a note detailing the reason for return. This note must include your order number, which you will be able to find in the email that was sent to you when you placed your order online.
+ Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories
